I called them yesterday (4/29) to check if 5/23 - 5/25 or 6/20 - 6/22 is available, and the lady said she will call back either today or tomm. This house can be rented per night at $600 to $1000 depending on the season. The lady asked me how much we were expecting to pay, and I told her lower the better. I also told her about our church and etc. and she said she will think about the price and get back to me ASAP. I hope this works out. This place is 12 miles away from Malibu beach, so it shouldn't be too bad of drive if we want to go swim, right?

I didn't call this place yet because it's in Venice beach, which is not a clean place. The house looks nice, but I am not too sure about this place.
